Sliding Scale Available

We offer a sliding scale for clients who qualify based on household income, because cost should never be the reason someone does not get care. Contact our office to learn more or to see if you qualify. No documentation is required to ask.

If you are unsure whether your insurance is accepted, we are happy to answer your questions before your first appointment.

Care in Your Preferred Language

We provide services in Spanish and Farsi, and professional interpreter services are available in many additional languages at no cost to you.

We want every patient to feel comfortable communicating with their provider, so language is never a barrier to receiving care.
